Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our Global Brand Team at JLL. This is a vital role within the team to help drive brand value. As a Senior Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be brand guardianship, ensuring the consistent application of JLL's brand across all touchpoints and markets to protect and promote the brand. In addition, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of brand strategy, including M&A advisory, product naming, guidelines, toolkits, and training design across the enterprise. This role requires a proactive and vigilant approach to help ensure the brand is communicated/ implemented and will support and closely work with the brand pillar heads.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Guardianship:
Manage the development and implementation of strategies to protect and enhance the integrity and consistency of the JLL brand globally.

Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all marketing communication materials, both internally and externally.

Collaborate with regional and market teams to provide guidance and support in maintaining brand standards.

Set up feedback infrastructure for wider marketing and business teams to input queries

Helping deliver brand training, induction and education as needed across the business

Supporting in training and equipping our agencies and in-house creative teams to deliver against our brand requirements on a consistent basis


M&A Advisory:
Manage the brand advisory process during mergers and acquisitions, providing strategic input on brand integration and alignment.

Support brand due diligence activities, including brand architecture analysis and brand value assessments.

Support and execute brand transition plans to ensure a smooth integration of acquired brands into the JLL portfolio.


Product Naming:
Manage the naming process for new JLL products and solutions.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in product naming.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product positioning and naming strategies.


Guidelines and Toolkits:
By engaging with our agency partners, assess gaps and manage the development of additional brand guidelines and toolkits that may cover all aspects of the JLL brand as required.

Regularly review and update brand guidelines to reflect the evolution of the JLL brand, evolving market trends and industry standards.

Ensure guidelines and toolkits are easily accessible and widely distributed across the organization.


Partnerships:
Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with external entities such as Getty and Adobe.

Collaborate with partners to leverage their resources and capabilities to enhance JLL's brand presence and impact.

Manage relationships with partners (agencies, tech vendors and of share business support teams), ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.


Brand Platforms and Tech:
Oversee the development and maintenance of brand platforms, including a brand portal and other related technologies.

Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.

Continually evaluate emerging brand technologies and platforms, making recommendations for adoption or enhancement.



Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles, preferably in a global or multi-market environment.

Strong understanding of brand strategy, brand architecture, and brand management principles.

Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing brand guidelines and toolkits globally.

Brand governance, ongoing championing of consistency across the business and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Experience in M&A brand integration or advisory highly desirable.

Proficient in market research and analysis to inform brand strategies and product naming.

Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with brand technologies and platforms, including brand portals, asset management systems, and digital marketing tools.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for driving excellence in brand execution.
