What will you be doing?

The Senior Manager of Financial Systems & Analytics (FSA) at WWT holds the responsibility for overseeing a multitude of financial applications and processes. This role involves the orchestration and execution of streamlined financial processes and systems, leveraging automation where possible to enhance efficiency. The Senior Manager of FSA is also tasked with the training of the Finance department, ensuring they are adept at utilizing these automated systems. Furthermore, this role extends to fostering and sustaining positive relationships and collaboration with the IT department, prioritizing their organizations tasks within the IT framework. The Senior Manager of FSA plays a crucial role in integrating automation into financial processes, driving efficiency and accuracy within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Sets goals for their team and pushes execution towards these goals
  • Manages process owners and mentors employees
  • Fosters an environment of innovation and learning in their organization
  • Manages training plan for implementation of new finance applications
  • Manages relationships with key stakeholders throughout the company
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation solutions, making adjustments as necessary
  • Prioritizes work going into IT department
  • Drives standardization and clarity of solutions across the company to reduce confusion and provide a positive end user experience
  • Identify and Analyze business processes suitable for automation
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
  • 8 years of total relevant business experience required.
  • Previous Management/Leadership experience required
  • Willing and able to travel US/Internationally 5-10% of time
  • Proficient in Tableau, Hyperion or analytical equivalent required
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software suite

  • Strong presentation skills, ability to professionally communicate (verbal and written) at all levels of the business, executive presence, professional confidence and maturity, management and team leadership experience required.
