Job Description
Relativity is looking to hire a digital marketing specialist to support the Demand Generation team in effectively promoting its message across all digital channels to drive interest and demand for its B2B solutions. Daily, they will manage Relativity's paid search, paid social, ABM, retargeting, content syndication, event promotion programs, and create email blast campaigns and nurturing workflows to target key prospects and customer segments from our database. They will also delegate responsibilities to external media agencies, copywriters, content creators, and other members of the marketing team, and stay up to date on the B2B digital marketing trends.
Objectives of this role
  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for Relativity, including SEM, SEO, email marketing, ABM, and paid social media.
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content.
  • Work with a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintaindrive interest, consideration and conversion for Relativity.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
  • Identify, analyze, measure and optimizecampaign performance.
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.
Responsibilities
  • Create and manage assets for social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication.
  • Research, track, and analyze userbehavior and industry trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing platforms and best practices
  • Strong project management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
  • Experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience in Account Based Marketing
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing automation (Marketo)
  • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
Compensation
  • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $65,000 and $97,000. The final salary offered will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
